The main reason for the difficulty in starting a diesel generator set is that the diesel engine cannot be started continuously for more than three times when the ambient temperature is above 5 ℃, which is known as the difficulty in starting the engine.
Insufficient battery power or insufficient battery capacity in diesel generator sets can cause the starter to start weakly. The relevant diagnosis is: using the instrument lights displayed on the dashboard of the car or using a multimeter for detection. If there is no multimeter, the speaker can be used to listen for the sound level. If the sound is small or there is no sound, on the basis of good wiring, it can be considered that the battery is low or dead; Or use the headlights to judge the strength of the lights when driving; Alternatively, the positive pole of the battery can be used to determine the electric spark generated by the ground flashover. If the spark is weak, it is considered that the battery is low and charging treatment should be carried out at this time;
① There is no oil in the fuel tank or the fuel tank switch is not turned on, resulting in cracking or collapsing of the fuel tank
② The quality of diesel is poor, and there is a lot of water in the diesel
③ When the ambient temperature is below 5 ℃, improper engine and diesel grades are used, resulting in high viscosity of the engine and diesel, high starting resistance torque of the diesel engine crankshaft, and difficulty in starting
④ Diesel generator diesel filter clogged inlet pump
⑤ There is air in the fuel supply system, causing poor fuel supply
⑥ Incorrect fuel supply advance angle, insufficient fuel supply, unable to start
⑦ Damaged fuel injector, low fuel injection pressure, poor oil dripping and atomization
⑧ The high-pressure oil pipe joint is not tightly sealed or the high-pressure oil pipe is damaged and leaking oil, making it impossible to start
⑨ There is a malfunction in the fuel injection pump, such as wear of the delivery valve and plunger components, breakage of the delivery valve spring and plunger spring, which causes the fuel injection pump to not supply oil.
