5. Anaerobic adhesive leak control method. When there is leakage at the ventilation bolts, double headed bolts, etc. on the diesel engine, anaerobic adhesive can be used to modify the cleaned bolt threads or screw holes, which can quickly solidify into a thin film and fill the gaps in the parts; This method is more effective in treating leaks in high-pressure oil pipe joints of diesel engines.
6. Liquid sealant leakage treatment method. When there is interface leakage and destructive leakage caused by solid gasket defects on diesel engines, liquid sealant should be used to modify the clean solid gasket joint surface. After curing, a uniform, stable, and continuously adhered peelable film gasket can be formed to prevent leakage.
7. Scale rehabilitation glue treatment for leakage. When there is leakage at the shaft and shaft sleeve, bearing and bearing seat, valve and valve seat, self tightening oil seal, packing, etc. of a diesel engine, it can be corrected with scale recovery adhesive on the worn parts of the cleaned cooperative parts. After curing, it forms a wear-resistant and mechanically strong thin film layer, and then the geometric shape and cooperative accuracy of the parts can be restored by machining to solve the leakage.
